in the Timber Tails and Lake Naomi community
was only built in the Spring of 2003 and host all the modern amenities a
luxury home in the mountains such as this could offer. This house was
personally designed by the owners Andy and Fran Steggles.

- Out-door Cinema (Audio Visual has been built into the custom made deck, linked to Dolby 5.1 surround sound speakers). A high resolution projector is provided with an 8ft x 6ft screen.

- State of the Art Contemporary Kitchen with 5 burner gas stove.

With over 2,400 square miles of wooded peaks and valleys, the Pocono Mountains of North-eastern Pennsylvania are blessed with numerous sparkling lakes, the most beautiful being Lake Naomi, rushing rivers, and beautiful water- falls. In the midst of such natural beauty, there are literally hundreds of attractions and places to see that make the Pocono Mountains the perfect place to play, or stay, year-round. Summer in the mountains is a perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. It's a time of outdoor activities for the whole family. Winter is now incredibly popular with skiers, skaters, snowboarders and snowmobilers. Lake Naomi and Timber Trails is conveniently located midway between Camelback and Jack Frost Ski Areas which adds to the year around appeal. And, the 2,400 acre State Forest that adjoins us offers almost endless cross-country skiing.
Lake Naomi and Timber Trails is now one of the most extensive, family oriented, recreational communities of its kind anywhere in the United States. Lake Naomi is a mature, well managed leisure community on 2,500 acres surrounding a 3 mile long, 277 acre private lake. This mature community, is blessed with the fact that the surrounding area is a massive 25,527 acres of state forest, and as such the relaxing ambience of this community is guaranteed. Lake Naomi / Timber Trails can't expand which is further assurance that it will never be overcrowded.
